What is the difference between Custom Accounts and Special Accounts?

Custom Accounts receive a sponsored link to their own homepage or a logolink, plus advertising space, including a pay-per-click package of 1000 clicks per month of max. clicks per month.
A custom accounts costs:6 months1 year

Special Accounts receive a sponsored link to their own homepage or a logolink, plus advertising space, free upload of a picture of your hospital and a pay-per-click package of max. 4000 clicks per month. Special Accounts also rotate with there advertisement on the home page left corner.

How do you charge for your services?

You only pay for patient inquiries and advertisementspace, no set up or admin fees. You can deliver your own free advertisement in cPdf, GIF or Flashbanner. Are you not able to produce your own banner or advertisement? You can also use our graphic design service. Custom Account holders pay € 200,= for a advertisement design, € 60,= for a GIF banner or € 85,= for a Flash Banner. Special Account Holders get 25 % off.

Can I cancel my account with Zoekduitseziekenhuizen.nl?

We are sorry to hear that, but yes, you can. Please give us 48h notice to cancel your live account and delete your Profile page from our German Directory.

We are unable to turn subscription accounts on and off during the month as required. However, for Custom accounts we will try to react to your business needs. Please notify
support@zoekduitseziekenhuizen.nl if you need your account paused and we will do our best to react to this. Please provide at least 24 hours notice.

I am a account holder and I have stopped receiving inquiries - why might this happen?

The system will automatically stop issuing inquiries if there are unpaid invoices at the month end. If you are unable to make your monthly payment within the terms please notify

I'm a hospital - why should I work with zoekduitseziekenhuizen.nl as well as medical travel facilitators?

Dutch patients are using the internet to "shop" for the right health professional. Some may prefer to liaise directly with a doctor/clinic/hospital and save costs, and others may prefer to use a medical travel facilitator which is able to organize everything for the patient, such as travel, accommodation, etc. Choice is important, that is why you are able to work with us and medical facilitators if you choose to do so.
